So - I've done indian cooking classes and Thai cooking classes and am doing Lebanese at the moment with a lovely lady from here - I would LOVE to do some Italian cooking classes - are there any Italian ladies on here who would like to share some of their amazing dishes with me. I'd love to do homemade ravioli, pesto, lasagne and arabbiatta, zabaglionne and tiramisu to name a few of my favourites!
