I dont think Indian Passports can get a visa on entry.

No - i don't think they can. I believe (but could be wrong) that GCC residence does not guarantee a visit visa in another country - am pretty sure that when i was in Saudi SA passport holders still needed to apply for a visit visa to visit here.

Please can someone in the know help me urgently? Im trying to get people out of Bahrain but cant get through to Immigration. If they have Bahrain residency and Indian passport, will they be able to get visas on arrival in the UAE? Alternativelty, where is the quickest way to get UAE visit visas? Otherwise Im thinking get them on the EK flight and they can get the 96hr visa, least this gets them here for a few days until we decide how and what next to do. TIA x
