My dd plays with my maids phone anyway so she unlocked it by mistake...shes 2 years old....had a quick look and a message was starring me in the face with her asking a sir what time she needs to be there to clean his place :@
so i thought oh and looked at her other messages and saw she asked him for an advance for her son graduating she just asked us for an advance as she said her dad was in hospital grrrrrr
wat shall we do? shes been lieing to us god knows wat else shes been lieing about....

waiting waiting waiting dh took her to airport with his friend this morning, they are still there :@ she first of all refused to go then said that we let her work part time haha unbelievable, apparently she was working for an american family who sponsored her a couple of years ago ....she worked for them for 2- 3 years. 25 bin bags later and two huge boxes nearly all of the rubbish is out of her room.

Yep shes the march holiday one.... After looking quickly the texts were made on a saturday evening when she's telling me she's going round her friends room for dinner... so she s cleaning somewhere thats lives near me ...I have his name and number.... My dh has text her to say he wants her back saturday morning at 8 am as she needs to clean and help out as his away. and ill make up excuses and keep her in on saturday night so it messes up her plans for cleaning somewhere else. Now her visa is an abu dhabi one do we need to cancel it and take her away from that airport? i just book her flight and escort her to the airport. Do u need to inform the police or anything i dont want to do it all wrong ? Thanks for ure input ladies. Hi, I've just read that you have new issues with your maid. Unfortunately, you will not be reimbursed the visa fees except the dirhams 2,000 deposit. Regarding the cancellation of the visa, you have to call the immigration office and ask them if you can cancel it at the Dubai airport or you need to do it in Abu Dhabi. This is the phone number of DNRD: 800-5111. Maybe they will not be able to answer since they're competent only for Dubai but maybe they can provide you with the phone number of the competent authority in Abu Dhabi. I found this number for Abu Dhabi Naturalization & Residence Directorate (ADNRD) +971-2-4462 244. In Dubai, you do not need to inform the police. You just need to buy a flight ticket home, then you can to the immigration office of the airport (or of the town) to cancel her visa, then you send her in the plane. If she refuses to take the plane, you can call the police.

A lot of maids do this. I have had a lot of maids approach me in Le Marche asking me if I need part time help (they are usually with a European toddler). You need to cancel her and ban too, she does not have the right to look for other work after she has risked so much for you, and making you lose your money too. Imagine if immigration had turned up to arrest you? This could have turned out worse. Anyway, did you get the number from her phone? Can you switch her timings or her off day just to throw a spanner in her plans? See how she reacts. If it is true and she has been working elsewhere, she needs to go without dues.

Yikes -you need to take action given the risks and fines if she is caught Can you inform her that you need her to work on her day off with your DH being away - perhaps then you can cut down on her illegal moonlighting until your DH returns

So do u know if u get any money back on her visa as shes only been with us 5 months? i cant trust her now...typical great timing pregnant with 3rd child and this happens...dh is in London he said he will deal with it on sunday and i shouldnt say anything to her. Fairy, Your hubby is right, leave it as is for now. You don't need the stress. Unfortunately, you wont get any of your money back. This sucks. Nobody likes to feel like they are being taken advantage.
