Thanks tally ho but I don't have that according to the description anyway! I specifically have some broken cappilaries, I think they became worse when I was pregnant and more appeared then so feel it maybe related. I have definitely heard they can be lasered or injected. I really want to know if people have had that done in Dubai and any recommendations, thanks I will try dr simin.
It sounds like you could have Rosacea. . I would see Dr Simin on Beach road shes the best for facial dermo. Unfortunately if you do have Rosacea there is very little that can be done for it, laser will help but it won’t cure.

jwal, I have a similar problem and it annoys me. I have a couple of broken capillaries and general redness, especially on one cheeck. I was advised it was dermatitis. If you hear of any successful treatments to remove that arent too expensive or painful do let me know.
Electro-cautery, they inserted an electric needle under the skin to to remove them. They put some numbing cream on first but one was quite large so had to have a local for that.
I had some broken blood vessels on my face removed last June at the Welcare Clinic in Mirdif by Dr Subash. Can't remember the medical term for them but mine they where red spots where the blood vessels had come to a point under the skin and burst leaving a raised red lump. I had 4 removed altogether and am very pleased with the result. One was quite large and has left a small (hardly noticable) scar, but much better than the red blob that was there!
I haven't had anything like that done but I have been to see the dermatologist at Healthbay Polyclinic - German lady, and she was very good. She certainly knew what she was talking about.
I was asking about laser treatment for brown freckle-like pigmentation and she had quite a lot of experience of it not being sucessful in Germany and wasn't worth it.
Might be worth a visit.
I have these broken capillaries and redness on my face, has anyone had something done to remove these, from looking on the internet I have seen you can have them injected or maybe lazered? Has anyone had this procedure here with no scarring and it's been successful?
