In-laws arriving this week and afternoon tea at the One and Only Royal Mirage comes highly recommended. Had a look on the website, but can't find which part of the hotel this is in, nor anything about cost. Any info please?

I went recently for a baby shower and this was at the Palace Hotel at the One and Only in the lobby area. Think it was about 90 AED per afternoon tea which was enough to share between 2 as they are very generous in bringing out second helpings. HTH
