I live on a fairly busy intersection in Media City. All hours of the day and night I hear taxis blaring their horns. It is comicle on some days the number of times a taxi blows it's horn. It has gotten to the point where I can tell a taxi horn from another make of car!!!
I propose that the horns on all taxis are disconnected keeping them from annoying innocent flat dwellers and other cars on the road!!!
