You won't fine red "wine" vinegar in the regular shops here due to the wine factor.Try MMI and A&E they sometimes have it.

It's not real red 'wine' vinegar, but it's the closet you'll get here in the Dubai shops. For the real thing, you have to bring it in from O/S [or buy it from an alcohol outlet'>.
