We have recently moved to the Springs. We really love it. Now since the weather is turning hot I have started to use the aircon in the baby's room. And here is a problem. It smells like mildew and mold when I run it. They came and cleaned the filter and came a second time and did something but it still smells. Not like at the begining but it smells. Only that aircon. The other premises in the house are fine.
Anyone with such experience or any ideas? Or if someone can recomend a good company who can deal with it. Thanks!

Ask the company to come back as you have a problem especially if only done a week or two ago and be sure they clean the filters and check the gas. you need to leave the A C on as if not used for a while it can smell and they need regular cleaning. We dont live in the Springs, but I have used EPSCO. They are professional. Arrived with industrial sized machines, covered everything with plastic before they started the cleaning and sanitizing. I had it done because I believe our villa stood empty for 2 yrs after it was completed and we were the first tenants. We all had an allergic cough and it stopped almost instantly after EPSCO did the work. They charged AED 2000 and gave us a Sanitizing and cleaning certificate. They installed two extra access panels in the ducts in the roof, which I believe made it easier to reach every inch of AC duct. This way no dirt stayed behind once they had been up there with there "mean machine". I was very pleased with their service.
