Best one is the Party Store in Garhoud by the Wellcare Hospital. Had both my kids birthdays this month and they were the best. Did look at the one in Motorcity, not much for kids if you're looking for a particular theme, such as Disney etc... (or I went when they had low stock). However, I do remember them having some stuff for first birthdays.
