Since your pregnant, suggest you go to your Gynecologist. If it's really bad, she can refer you to a nail doctor (most prob a dermatologist). This way, they can both communicate well which treatment will not be harmful to your pregnancy.
I would go to a GP (General Practitioner), try Dubai London Clinic, they have two locations one in Um Suq on Beach Road and the other at Festival City.
