Thanks ladies, what's the cream of tartar solution? Is there any chance of it taking the color off the suit as well? I'm a bit hesitant to use commercial grade stuff because it's my favorite suit- baby wipe didn't work =(...

Can you wash it? I swear by Vanish, either liquid or spray. I have just successfully removed a very greasy mark from DH's fav Wolsley jumper. he dropped some hot cheese out of a baguette last week. I swear I'm going to start making him wear one of these pelican bibs, it's always the same place that gets the drips!!

Have you tried a baby wipe? The non-organic, fully of chemicals ones seem to take out any surface stain I have had in clothes.
