ok this sounds weird ...since i am new to non veg cooking i am making stuffed chicken breast (spinach,blue cheese and mushroom) for my DH but have no clue what to serve along with it..potatoes are out of question. can i serve rice with it?

rice would be fine. or maybe a garlic buttter pasta. I use spagetti noodles. In a sauce pan I heat up butter, crushed garlic, parsley, fine herbs, pepper. Then after draining the spagetti I pour the butter mixture overtop.

What about Sweet potatoe? Cut in thin slices, (leave the skin on) pour some olive oil on a baking tray, lay slcices flat and sprinkle with some cinnamon...its yumm and much healthier than rice <em>edited by candyfloss on 12/05/2011</em>
