Diane 35 Vs Yasmin. Has anyone made the switch?

I ran out of my Diane and the same day I had to start it one of the pharmacist suggested I use Yasmin instead, I tried 4 different pharmacies around the area, none of them had it, so I took it. I have PCOS and the reviews online are getting me nowhere. I haven't been to the Doctor for a year :/. I have taken my first pill and still getting random thoughts, has anyone else made the switch? I am taking an appointment for next week, as I am still having periods, but it is driving me crazy. Help.
