Hi ladies,

We have had several removal quotes from various companies to move from Dubai to the UK and have whittled them down to 3 choices; ISS - On The Move - Euro Movers.

Now we have the difficult task of choosing one of the 3. Has anyone used any of these and if so, how would you rate them?

Thanks :)

We used ISS to move within Dubai and used their storage facilities and were very happy. We referred them to many friends after our good experience who used them internationally who were all very pleased as well. Good luck with the move

One company to absolutely avoid is Acorn Movers who we unfortunately used for a move to the UK. The guys were professional when making the sale and undercut on the price to get our business. But subsequently they added hidden costs which made them more expensive overall. Their packing crew was careless to say the least - they packed items without regard to how they were to be put back together - e.g. wires for electronics and fittings for furniture was randomly packed in various boxes! And the icing on the cake was they lost some items and and have refused to take responsibility.

Hi had ISS last year for a move within Dubai. Was not impressed, television was in the back of the lorry uncovered with all our garden plants etc. Never again.

Euro movers are very bad. Used them for a local move in Dubai and had the worst experience ever. Will never use them again and dont recommend them to anyone

HI We used ISS and they were brilliant, came in packed it all up, the guys that did the packing were friendly and ensure all things were looked after, put into the container outside my door as it went straight from there onto the ship, was with my husband in 5 weeks, The gentleman called Alan did our assessment he was with City movers and it was all co-ordinated with ISS, and then Amos dealt with everything n this side Good luck with the move :)
