My sister has done rhinoplasty with Dr Bashar Bizrah and she is over the moon. We were shown so many before and after photos and they were categorized according to type of nose so it was easy determining how she will look like after surgery. Go have a consultation with him. Dr. Gabriel Saab is an expert in doing nose jobs (including revision rhino). He said he didn't wana show cuz it would be cheating if he just showed me his best ones and not the bad nose jobs. Every doctor has success and failure plus there were so many good reviews about him on the internet. Also there were so many girls in the reception area waiting to get a consultation with him!

Nope, no way. A good surgeon will have examples of work to show you. I worked for a surgeon who did rhinoplasty and not only would he show photos, he also modelled a pre/post set of head shots showing the planned outcome. Also, depending on the degree of change/correction you are after, closed rhinoplasty may not give you the best result. Finally, based on my experience (I used to do airway testing as part of my old job and would see a lot of failed rhinoplasties), if I were going to have anything done to my nose I would only get it done by an ENT with experience in facial plastics. I would never get anything done to my nose by a garden-variety cosmetic surgeon. Not sure what your guy is, but maybe worth bearing in mind. Get a second opinion before you move any further forward!!

I would be suspicious too. I had surgery many years ago ( Not on my nose) and at the consultation the DR showed me before and after pictures so I had an idea of what it would look like. Even when I have had small facial procedures they have taken before and after pictures

Hmmmm, A little suspicious that he wont show any previous pictures. However, the photographs shown to you by other surgeons may not necessarily be work done by them. Always get referrals or feedback from others.

Hii ladies I'm thinking of getting a rhinoplasty with Dr. Gabriel Saab (cosmesurge). He quoted price 24k and said he would do a close rhinoplasty for me. He refused to show any patient's pics which is making me suspicious! Anyone who had their surgery with Dr. Gabriel Saab, please share your experience!! ( i'm nervous af now)
