Does any body go through Primolut depot injection in early pregnancy? please help!

hi friends. I am 6 weeks pregnant and had brown spotting yesterday and dr asked me to inject weekly 500 of Primolut depot to keep the pregnancy .im on Duphaston as well. i am little scared to do as there are some reviews on google and side effects. i know i should trust my dr but still frightened. please if any body has experience share . thank you ladies :)
