We are looking to move into one of the Townhouses in Green Community Motorcity. Looking for any comments on what it's like living there? I have 3 young kids 3,7 and a 9 year old. They love to play outside and wondered if there's many kids around? Also heard some horror stories on the Dewa and Emicool A/C bills!! Can anyone shed some light on that, maybe let me know what an average is per month?? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated we've got to make a decision very soon!!
