Leave. Now. It is easier to leave if you haven't had the child yet, if you did, then turn to the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children for advice but exercise caution. It is [b'>illegal[/b'> to have a child here out of wedlock, and it is taken very seriously. You could find yourself in a very sticky situation if you stay. Legally, financially, mentally...just not worth the risk. Don't post about it either. I don't mean to scare you but I've heard of two women who had similar situations and both had to leave immediately and never returned to the region.

Realistically and legally? Here? No. You're not married and to have a child out of wedlock here is seen as a crime. Have you had the baby? If not, I'd be getting out of here pretty sharpish.

Dear All, Good day! I am new here and hoping to get info and support as i saw all threads comments were given friendly advices and lots of info. To make story short. I had a pakistan bf who got me pregnant. All the promises and plans of getting married are gone now and his not answering me. I would like to know if i could still ask him legally to support the child even were not married bec.i know unmarried ladies do not have much legal rights in dubai when it comes to things like this. If i only have enough fund i will not ask for his support as its hard to beg and be disappointed i am so stressed but i still keep the baby as i know this is a blessing from God. Hoping for your advices. Thank you in advance ladies!
