Good morning ladies ! We are planning to buy our own home In Casa / Arabian Ranches two.We specifically liked the biggest type 5 villas.
Those who are living there , can you please give me an idea about it , do you like it there ? What are the pros and cons?Value for money in such an investment? Review on compound facilities ? Any feedback might be useful! Thanks in advance.

There is a Facebook group for Casa residents. The name of the group is Casa at Arabian Ranches. From what I understand, Casa consists of around 250 villas so the chances of finding someone who stays there on EW is somewhat remote. Therefore, I think you should get all the answers to your question on the FB group.FYI, I've been to Casa several times and I would definitely move there if I could afford it :)
