Without wishing to seem rude or ungrateful for your offer - how do we know you are a nurse? I for one would not post personal health issues on the internet or take advice from an unknown and new poster offering their services as a professional... And surely, as a good nurse, you should be advising people to go and see someone in person as offering advice over the internet could result in a dangerous misdiagnosation.
