Looking for dental implant expert and extractions in Abu Dhabi

I have to go through extractions for both key molar teeth soon and I am interested in doing a dental implants in Abu Dhabi. I fear impact to the jaw line and I am looking out for all kinds of fixes with the extraction that would not affect my jaw line and ensure jaw line being intact.
