Ladies-only beaches in Abu Dhabi where you can chill out in style and privacy.
Go for a swim, catch a tan, have a seaside picnic, kayak, and enjoy an idyllic beach day out in Abu Dhabi while keeping it private to just you, your girl friends, or female family members.
In this guide, we list beaches in Abu Dhabi that allow access to women and kids only, or have special days when they are exclusively open for ladies.
1. Al Bateen Ladies Beach
Located in Hudayriyat, this lovely 2km-long beach in Abu Dhabi is exclusively for women and kids only (young boys up to 6 years old are allowed).
At this ladies and family-only beach, visitors can enjoy a day out basking in the sun and shore, with plenty of opportunities for water activities such as swimming, kayaking, etc.
**Please note: Swimming at Al Bateen Ladies Beach is only allowed before sunset.

Price: Entry to Al Bateen Public Beach is free, however entry to Al Bateen Ladies Beach is AED 25 per adult and AED 5 per child aged 3-12. Free entry for little ones under 3 years old.

2. Kai Beach, Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi
Although Kai Beach is a mixed gender spot, they have a Ladies' Day every Friday where the beach only allows access to women and young children (male kids above 18 months old are prohibited).

3. Al Dhafrah Ladies Private Beach
Al Dhafrah Ladies Private Beach is an upcoming ladies-only beach in Abu Dhabi, which will be located in Al Sila City in Al Dhafrah. The project is from Abu Dhabi General Services Company Musanada in co-operation with Al Dhafrah Region Municipality.
The women-only Abu Dhabi beach is expected to be a sprawling 18,300 metres long, with swimming pools, a sports court, amphitheatre, restaurants, shops, and parking space.
No official announcement yet on when it will be open to the public.
