Hi mums,

We are in the processing of moving to Dubai and applying for schools for our son who will turn 3 in June. In our current country he would be starting in a small nursery in September for two years then start big school after that. But looking at the options in DUbai it is recommended to start FS1 at 3 years old and we have managed to secure a place for him in one of the big schools.

I'm just worried that at 3yrs 2 months he might be too young? He could be in class with other kids that have turned 3 at least 6-8 months earlier and at this age I feel that would make a big difference in their behaviours. It would be the first time my son is attending school/nursery as he is currently at home with me full time. I'm I over thinking this and worrying too much over nothing? Any success stories of kids starting FS1 at a simillar age?

Thanks for putting my mind at ease.
