My elderly mom lives with me and would like to find a company or a community group that provide activities for elderly woman. I was wondering if anyone knows any such group or place, they can pick her up from home and bring her back once or twice a week where she can meet other ladieand they can do light activities, maybe a dance class, breakfast or lunch gathering, sight seeing..etc... , not sure what to expect but once or twice a week (during weekdays) it will be a huge change for her, being at work all day I feel guilty for the time she spends alone. Any ideas ladies?
