We always use Elixir Medical Centre its the one next to the garage not sure what the itnerchange number is but its on the way up to jumeirah from downtown and not far from the large Co-op at the back of Sahara hotel? They have always been great with my family we especially like Dr Garcia, she is very thorough.

there's the medical clinic which is actually in dubai mall, or you can try the al zahara centre on SZR - just past the crowne plaza and about 15 dh in a taxi.
