You can pick them up from Knowledge Village 0900 - 1800 every day until close of play Thursday. On Friday you can pick them up from 3pm at the "event gate" but the doors don't open until 6pm. thanks for that phewwwww just about to order them in hubbies name will change that so i can pick them up .

I wasnt gonna go as my parents arrive the same day Grrrrr but they have insisted i should go. Just about to order the tickets and it says box office collection only on night of concert...anyone know the times of the collection service is open as i wont be getting there till the last minute?

If you get there early enough (6pm-ish) you'll get parked just fine. Word of warning though, no matter if you drive n park or opt for a taxi there n back getting OUT is a total nightmare!!! We saw Status Quo there last year and it took us over an hour to find a cab home............. Advice ........ leave approx 10 mins before the finale and you'll get out a lot quicker!
