Does anyone know if any of the beach clubs are doing a special cheap membership over summer..just for a month or two?

Alternatively, it doesn't have to be a beach club...could be a hotel pool? Or, apart from the Lakes and Jebel Ali, does anyone know of somewhere cheap you can just go for the day?

i think most Hotels do them they just dont advertise it. Maybe call the hotels you like and see what price they can do for you. Prob have to wait till june though. The monty golf club im a member there, in the summer they do cinema evenings where the public can come in late afternoon and use the pool and watch a film, also i believe they do summer memberships as its always dead quiet there in the summer, but dont think its too cheap.

How about Hatta Fort Hotel? 50 aed entrance and you get it refunded off your food bill - a bit of a trek out, but worth it if you are going to spend the day there, and may be a degree or two cooler as well.
