DH needs to have a full medical examination for insurance purposes. Any recommendations on which clinics/hospitals offer good thorough MOTs would be most welcome.

I've previously recommended Dubai London Clinic at Festival Centre. DH got the executive check up (it took 2 days). And he felt it was really thorough and was surprised at how much testing they did.
