Cobone is a part of souq.com. Try using the contact number of souq.com and ask them regarding the contact information of cobone. This might help you. Heré's the phone number i found on souq's website (+971)-4-429 0513. I know this because a friend of mine work's there and she told me that cobone is part of souq.com. I hope I helped.
