Anyone on keto?

I just started keto, 10 days in and 3kg down. I know the first loss in any diet is water but I'll take it! Its an odd diet - counter intuitive to be spooning cream into the lemon butter sauce over fish last night, but served with a healthy mix of veg and strictly no carbs. Anyway it has really worked for a friend so I'm giving it a try aiming to see it through to end March at least.

Anybody else on the same? Interested in others experience and would be useful to swap recipes.

Keto is more effective if you mix it with intermittent fasting were you can only eat in a certain number of hours, like 8am to 6pm. After 6 pm you can only take water or tea. Good luck on your diet.
Thanks all. I'm in the honeymoon period, paying closer attention to what I eat and on a mission.. hoping my enthusiasm will last 3m with a 10kg goal. Have a good keto recipe book to inject some variety.

I tried keto and failed - I was consistent for a couple of months but you definitely need to commit to changing your lifestyle to continue past that point. I couldn't permanently keep away from healthy carbs. But everyone is different so best of luck to you!
