hi girls. how are u doing? it has been long time since no one shares her news on the thread... hope all s well wht abt u serendipity 77 ? did u start any treatment with dr fakih? in case how is it going till now? i heard that dr fakih opened already the new clinic...did anyone try it? barmy army any news? dubai 71...we do miss u here...how s life with u? best of luck everyone

Hi. I didn't use Dr Fakhi, but I would like to say good luck to everyone trying. I know exactly what you are all going through, I went through it 11 years ago. I am now a proud parent of twin boys (10 year old). It is a really hard process but think positive and will be thinking of you all. BTW I used Dr Pankesh (Dubai Gynaecolgy Centre, nr Rashid Hospital). I know he doesn't work there now but set up his own practice somewhere. Both Dr Pankesh and DGC were amazing. Good luck x :)

Hi Barmy army and serendipity77 i m one of z patient of dr fakih...i had a successuful ivf with him in 2009 nd i have a sweet 1 yr old son now. i have been reading that both of you are going to start treatment with dr Fakih very soon so i just want to wish you a gd luck nd want to ask u nt to hesitate to ask me any question or any advice if u need it. hopefully we ll be sharring ur coming experience nd hope u ll both be pregnant. Dubai 71...just want to wish u a gd luck for ur coming hcg test. Gd luck everyone

I am about to start treatment with Dr.Fakih soon so I cannot comment on previous experience. I did find him extremely positive which in someways was off putting. I want to be positive but know it is not an easy and simple process and does not guarantee success!! I am glad it was not just me. If you want to have a chat about things that would be great just let me know your email and I will email you. Good Luckxx

I'm with him currently. i am about to use him again this month. this will be 2nd time and i suppose i just need a bit of reassurance that he does do the job for others and not everything is negative. how are you getting on? do you find him TOO positive? dare i ask how your previous experience was with him? successful?? i am currently in the 2ww... yuk!!! have found him to be good but never been anywhere else before (save a single consultation with dr. rima at eve in sharjah who i would not touch with a barge pole) so don't really have anything to compare it to. the hospital in abu dhabi is, as you no doubt know, no quite up to nice dubai standards but i think they are due to open in duabi this month which will be better

Do you mean Dr. Fakih on Beach Rd? If so, I have used him and would not recommend him. Others have used him and loved him. Probably better to post this on Bumps, Babies & Tots, there are a few ladies that have posted on their about Dr. F and other options.
