There is an art supplies shop at the Town Centre on Beach road. On the ground floor....There is one next to automatic and a branch of it 2 shops ahead...the one inside is well stocked. SOrry dont remember the name. not sure about the boxes but im sure you will find the rest on your list there. There is also a Tailoring supplies shop in Satwa Market....its just amazing- for handicraft lovers its like putting a kid in a candy store. Its called Srour and its close to the Post office and medical testing centre. If you are there just ask for Srour as im unable to give you exact directions. Just get Onto the Satwa market road from the Rydges plaza round about and about 200 mts or so up on that road on your right is where it is.
