Hello, ladies :)
As everybody posting here, I am moving to stunning Dubai in 2 months. I and my husband are looking to purchase a new apartment. We have been to Dubai before, but from the tourist perspective, things are different than when you actually want to change all your life and move in that place.
So, I know Dubai Marina is a good place, for expats but me, personally don't like it so much. I prefer downtown, but my husband doesn't :))
So, can you please help me suggesting some nice areas between downtown and Dubai Marina?
Also, I mention that we would prefer something on the ground, not skyscrapers, something like this: https://korter.ae/trump-estates-park-residence-dubai so a residential neighborhood with houses would be preferred.
