After writing a suggestion card and speaking to the duty manager at spinneys (motor city), my husband, as perfect as he is, stopped at the bakery now and managed to get a fresh bag of bread dough... so maybe if we walk in on a regular basis and happen to ask for dough after they've made a fresh batch, then they might supply stock in the fridge for the day's supply. At this stage, seems like the only way to get it now is if they happen to have freshly made dough on hand..
