Hope all you had a lovely Christmas, holiday, new years. Managed to get the boys to sleep for almost 5 hrs but that 8hrs time difference is going to take some time to kick in. Surprisingly freezing my a s s off.

well when we were on holidays they ended up getting colds so before bedtime I would give some tylenol, calpol etc to help them sleep. I would have to wake them up in the mornings. It takes some time but I know today its getting them to nap but waking them up early enough to try putting them to bed at a somewhat normal bedtime.

how do you get them back into normal timings? We're still trying to get our 2 yr old back to UK timings from UAE timings.
