Akh terrible feel sorry for your friend.. I used national pest control; however, i did throw the whole room out ( where the bugs were) and got myself a new bedroom:)))

You may need to take matters into your own hands. Most pest control companies are ill equipped to deal with bedbugs and many pesticides do not work on them as they are immune or the bugs will leave and then return to your home via the ventilation system or even the yard. The best method is to get the building up to 60 degrees. This is accomplished with fans that blow heat but needs to be done by a qualified service in order to avoid fire. I do not know if there is such a service in Dubai. Best of luck, its difficult to deal with.

i cannot remember who we used but if you do a search we got a recommendation from here. She needs to get it done ASAP!! it will only get worse. There are some odorless ways to do it. Luckily i left the country with the kids when it was done at our place b.c DH said that that 11 liters of chemical were used and it was anything but odorless. There are also treatments for matresses, but we ended up having to throw all ours away and buy new ones b/c we didn't want to take a chance. Your friend should google it and get tips on how to best deal with it. Its a nightmare and so... creepy... to know you've got bed bugs in your place. Unfortunately, its very common here.
