I have been offered a job with Betterhomes (no salary full commission based ) as a leasing agent.
Can maybe some of you advice that in the recent world is it a good deal and industry to work in?
My previous jobs were paying around 13K , therefore hoping to receive arou d that(or higher). How long rationally would take me to that mo thly earning?
Please do share any positive or negative reviews ! Thanks

our agent is from better homes - a man called mr stockley - and he's wonderful, and the company have always been super professional with us. i've always understood real estate is what you make of it, and while it might seem to be a less "secure" job than others, when the money comes in it gives a great high!!

Thank you so much @emjns, though I have been living here for a couple of years now, I would have thought exactly what you have just advised. I appreciate your reassurance about the same. Have a nice 2020 ahead!

Not personally, but I have a friend who moved out here with a relocation agency on a commission based role only and they struggled... Particularly since you'd be working all hours of the day, including weekends, to accommodate clients and landlords. With a good pipeline built already, I'd say go for it - but if you're new to the industry and/or country it might be wiser to find a job with a base salary so you always have a financial back-up.
