ya that's right, emirates airlines and Oman airlines can get you a visit visa for 30 days "no security deposit, around 300 DHS fees, same day" and you don't send the visa to your relatives and they have to search for the original one when they are here!!!! they receive the original visa copy
This applies to those whose country's don't get visa on arrival:
How do you get visa for visiting family? We have done that by applying at the dnrd office, getting the visa there, then sending scanned copies to the family and submitting the visa at the airport. It cost us something like 600-700 i think ( can't rem exact amount)
But now I just discovered on emirates airlines website, that visitors can apply for visa through the airline. The same 30 days visa, if you are travelling emirates, will cost you 250 dhs. Is that right? Is there so much difference in the cost just cos of the way you apply for it? Or are there any hidden charges and in the end it comes out to be the same.
Please clear my confusion somebody!
