hello this is my first time in the forum and I liked it very much, kindly can anyone give me an advice about buying a flat (studio or 1 bedroom) in Ajman and then renting it so I can cover the fees of its loan (knowing that my budget is not that high and I have seen 1 bedrooms in 200k!!!), whether there is people asking to rent a flat in Ajman or no? and which area is better? thanks in advance
