We are planning to buy a 3 bedroom in the lakes. I like the location and the community feel. We are looking for a 3BR with maids. Since this is one of the older communities compared to the ones being built now, anyone can give me feedback on the maintainence of the community. Is there a difference In quality between the different communities within the lakes eg forat , Ghadeer, Zolal etc.
Also want to understand the usual dewa bills for a small 3BR villa here. TIA
