Can HAAD psychologist license be used in Dubai?

I have previously posted about finding a clinical psychologist post in Dubai. There is the possibility of a post in Abu Dhabi. I would prefer to live in Dubai but would be happy to work in Abu Dhabi initially to get out to UAE. However, I need to get a license to practice which I understand is a long process. If I get an HAAD license to practise in Abu Dhabi, does anyone know if this is valid in Dubai or if I have to apply for a new DHA license. I have tried to look on their websites but this is unclear.
I appreciate if anyone can shed any light on this. Thanks.
