Cancel Visa and New Application....In person??
My DH is in a debacle with a certain Free Trade Zone, trying to transfer his Visa to the FTZ.
Now in it's 4th week of getting this form signed, faxed, stamped, attested......re-doing for various crazy reasons, it now appears it is not possible to transfer, and now must be canceled and apply for a new entry permit.
My question, is can this be done on his behalf....or must he do it in person?
In the previous months debacle, this certain Free Trade Zone claimed only HE was able to do certain things in person, which sounded like them trying to pass the buck. It seems that complaining at the top of his lungs would somehow make them change their claim, and they would do it for him. Other than a physical....shouldn't the FTZ be able to do it all for him?
