thanks embo, but we have already bought another new bike with decent stabilizers, so we're back on track. Snowys hubby has collected the other bike, so hopefully it will enjoy it's new home. If I could have my time over I would have gone the route of those nice wooden bikes with no pedals so she could learned to balance a lot earlier than this!

Arohadxb we are in the same position - DD needs a bike and the 20inch ones don't take stabilisers but she hasn't learnt to ride yet. One bike shop suggested that we buy a 20 inch bike and take the pedals off and let her learn to balance by using her legs and then putting them back on. Maybe you don't need to give away the bike yet? (Sorry snowy)

Suit a 6 to 8 year old girl (is very pink) who can ride without training wheels. Is brand new, lil miss can't ride it as the training wheels are rubbish but if you have a little girl or know of one who can ride already without the stabilizers, its all yours. First in, is all yours. Am in springs.
