Hello my current maid/cleaner visits a couple of times a week but sadly is moving back home (overseas). She is employed via an agency called Maid SMS which I have not been too impressed with (even though the maid is excellent which is why I continued to employ SMS).

Her departure has given me the excuse to find a new agency / company who cover Soouth Ridge / Burj Dubai - any recommendations please?

I have been using Helpers LLC (tel 04-398 3626) for the past two years. They charge AED 35 an hour. All of the young women they sent (before I was able to establish a regular weekly housecleaner) were all nice, polite, and worked hard. I believe you can choose for help in two-hour blocks.
