Has anyone else had communal facilities that are broken/unusable for a longish period?
Just trying to ascertain if it is just another of those Dubai things that we have to put up with or actually quite unusual and unacceptable.
From a Uk standpoint, if you rent a place with communal facilities then you are paying for them and they should be operational, but this is Dubai!
Fed up with broken gym equipment and promises of replacement/refurbishment that does not materialise or materialises very slowly.
