Great vanilla cookie recipe : 3 1/4 cups sifted flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking powder 150 grams butter 2/3 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp vanilla Beat butter and sugar together till creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Then add dry ingredients. When dough is firm roll it out to 1/2 cm thickness. Cut out shapes and bake at 180 C for 7-8 mins till golden on bottom. Frost with frosting made from : 500 grams confectioners sugar 75 grams butter 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup milk.
