Hi everybody. Me and my husband had moved to Dubai and expecting. We have two apartments to choose from, both the same price, one at DAMAC Heights and one at Trident Grand Residence. I have read some historic negative reviews about TGR but I wondered if anyone lives their now and is able to provide their thoughts? We really like the apartment and the swimming pool area. Or alternatively if anyone lives in or around DAMAC Heights and could report back on the building and in particular all of the construction going on in that area? We probably prefer the finishings ornament DAMAC but are concerned about the noise, particularly with a new born! We need to accept an offer very soon so any advice would be so appreciated. Thank you!
