Dishwasher - worth repairing or just replacing?

So fed up of our stupid dishwasher. It's an Ariston and it's refusing to work, I have no idea what's wrong with it, it starts to cycle, then stops with 2 lights flashing and I've tried to find out what this means but with no luck. It's not ours, it came with the villa. Does anyone know of a good repair guy? Or should we just store it and buy a new one?
