as they understand if the stock is no good then there is no chance of repeat business.
i wish other businesses like restaurants etc would understand this principle too!
i think there are different dvd provider networks, but generally the quality and value are very reliable. i very rarely had bad ones, and she replaced them or gave money back or deducted from next purchase (whichever I wanted) with no questions asked or no verification of what i claimed. really, they should manage restaurants and department stores, life would be brighter and simpler.
she also always honestly tells me "that one is not so good, wait until two weeks more, unless you really need it now", which is really appreciated.

I knew someone that purchased a series season from them, wondering why it was 10 DVD - turns out that 5 of them only had one show on them which is a rip off. I guess if your buying a television series research how many episodes in that season first
I missed getting my regular fix of DVDs when I lived in a compound because the "traders" were not allowed in but one did manage to find her way in and it was great. She then came to where I next moved to and she was lovely! Alas, she has now gone back to China but bless her, she gave me a load of freebies when she left!!!! :)
As an extra, any bad quality DVD that I bought (which was rare) she replaced it without question even if I couldn't find the said DVD to replace!!!
Service!!!! :-)

Who do they work for? I think its a case of "don't ask" ;)
Are the DVDs any good? Again, it is an unpredictable business and can change from visit to visit....most of the time though they are pretty reliable (although I have been let down before by a usually reliable source), as they understand if the stock is no good then there is no chance of repeat business.
