Dubai Courts Notary Public - desperately need to get papers notarised for lost insurance policy. Anyone, pls help!

Does anyone know if I can get a form from my insurance company notarised at the dubai courts notary public near burjuman? can't seem to find the info on their website.
DH lost the original policy of an overseas insurance and we need to get the lost document declaration to be signed by a notary or lawyer. I called up two law firms but they said they don't do it.
Please help!!!!
